Neverstill is made by one person. Email support@mainichi.digital and you will get a reply from a human, usually within two working days.
To help a bug report land faster, include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened — which wave, whether you were at a station, whether the app was in the background. A screenshot or screen recording is worth a paragraph.
Pause during a run and tap Restore Purchase. That asks the App Store what your Apple Account owns and re-applies it. The button is hidden once the pass is active, so if you cannot see it in the pause menu, the pass is already unlocked.
If it still does not appear, make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then email us with the date of the purchase and we will sort it out.
Run progress and depot bonds are stored on the device, not in the cloud, so they do not follow you to a new phone. The Line Pass does — it is tied to your Apple Account and comes back with Restore Purchase.
Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase went wrong because of a fault in the game, email us as well and we will help you make the case.
Neverstill renders in 3D and lowers its own detail automatically when frames slip. If it still runs poorly on your device, tell us the model — that is genuinely useful and it is how the performance floor gets raised.
Both sound and screen shake can be turned off in the pause menu, and the setting is remembered between sessions. If any part of the game is hard to read or hard to play, please say so; accessibility reports get priority.
